Vision

Our vision as a school is to help students discover their identity as worshippers, grounded in a biblical perspective. Through this, we seek to help people discover and develop their gifts and talents for the Kingdom of God. Our primary goal is not to train better musicians or artists, but to strive together to become better worshippers—those who worship God in spirit and in truth.

Purpose

Our purpose as a school is to correct the mistaken view of worship. We aspire to be unifiers, establishing a common foundation for various ministries, schools, and churches; imparting a biblical understanding of worship so that we may speak the same language and lead toward the same goal, which is Christ.

The School of Worship is part of the School of Christian Ministries and is designated as CHR 261/262. During the course, you will receive weekly teaching modules on topics such as: intimacy, identity, and character development for worship leaders; biblical and historical foundations of praise and worship; freedom in the Spirit; the prophetic role of the worshiper; musicality and creativity; worship and spiritual warfare; reaching the nations through worship; and sound engineering, among others.

Requirements for enrolling in the School of Worship:

- Have successfully completed the Discipleship School.

- Bring your own instrument to the workshop you'll be attending.
